You never have a second chance to make a first impression.
A well-executed press interview has the potential to win the hearts and minds of your target audience. However, we hear time and again about spokespeople who were not prepared. Before they could find their bearings, the interview was over without the subject matter expert conveying their most important message. From your physical presentation to your delivery of information, pulling off a stellar media interview will help you achieve objectives and will ensure that you will be asked back again.
That’s where Maverick Public Relations comes in: the Maverick Public Relations media training team has booked and staffed thousands of press interviews, from broadcast, such as NBC Nightly News and NPR, to print, such as Wall Street Journal. In the Maverick Public Relations media training module, we will train you to know the strategies when preparing for and conducting a press interview, such as the differences to consider for a live or taped TV interview, how to pivot off tough questions, how to prepare appropriately, and much more.
